PODCAST CONTINUES SURPASSING MILESTONES, EXPECTATIONS

Back on January 21st a celebration of sorts was had as the “Now Hear This Entertainment” podcast launched Episode 50.  That seems like a distant memory now as the show has surpassed the Episode 75 mark.

In addition, the number of countries listening to the show is even larger than that, now sitting at more than 80, and spanning all five regions (Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Oceania).

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- Pete O’Shea is a unique new entry on the roster of talent being managed, promoted, and booked by Now Hear This, Inc., it was announced today.  The Long Island, New York, native is based in the St. Petersburg, Florida, area where he is a radio talk show host.  He can now add ‘author’ to his bio.  And, he is an in-demand speaker and a longtime comedian.

NHT WELCOMES DEANNA CHEYNE

Singer/songwriter Deanna Cheyne is the newest addition to the Now Hear This client list, it was announced today.  Although she is based in the greater Tampa Bay area, she has performed well beyond the Sunshine State, including outside the country.

“Deanna is more than just another name on our client list,” said Now Hear This President Bruce Wawrzyniak.  “Her talent is warmly welcomed, as she brings a mature and polished, professional sound.  It will be a pleasure to serve her and enhance the solid foundation she already has in place.”

TAMPA, FLORIDA -- As part of a strategic alliance with Seven Marketing + PR, effective immediately Now Hear This is working with actress Karlee Perez.  A former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) “Diva,” then known as “Maxine,” Perez is currently starring as Catrina in Hollywood producer Mark Burnett’s “Lucha Underground” on the El Rey Network.

When you’re busy seeking media coverage for your clients and continuously working on various aspects of promoting and managing them, getting your own company into the limelight isn’t the top priority.  However, Now Hear This has managed to carve out some opportunities of its own both in print and on TV.

NHT ACTIVE AT SONGWRITERS FESTIVAL AGAIN

Now Hear This will have a significant presence at the 6th Pensacola Beach Songwriters Festival, it was announced today.  The event will take place October 2-5, 2014, at venues all within just over one mile in the Florida Panhandle city.

Now Hear This will be the presenting sponsor for the “Emerging Songwriters Hour” on Friday night, October 3rd at the stage at the Paradise Inn.  NHT client Melissa Brethauer will perform throughout the festival.  And, NHT President Bruce Wawrzyniak will be on-hand for the duration of the event as well.
