Notable Guest Quotes

“For anyone else out there (making a video), I say, just have fun, really.  Be as creative as you can and open your mind to things, and listen to other people.”

“I think when you’re lucky enough to be in the position that I’m in, when you’re traveling and stuff, it’s an amazing experience and you can’t take any of it for granted, just seeing things that not a lot of people get to see.”

“The vibe and the feeling and the inspiration that is buzzing off of you from being in a different place, speaking with different people, with different talents, it’s unbelievable.”

“Walking into a room and meeting someone that you’ve never met before and sharing intimate moments or special parts of your life with someone so that you can come out with a song that you hope people are going to relate to, that’s really scary.”

“I’m sort of taking it single by single.  I’m in no rush to, sort of, put together an album and put it out because it kind of feels like the music industry might be moving away from that sort of thing, unless you’re Adele.”

“I’ve got about three or four songs lined up that I want to release over the course of the next four to six months.”

“When you do get on stage and you have people listen to you and telling you that they think you’re good, it’s the best, it honestly is, it makes it all worth it.”

“I would say, just go out and play.  Just learn, learn to entertain your audience.  That’s the one thing that I’ve been taught the most.  It is about the audience watching you.  It’s not about you at all.  If you can give the people in the audience the time of their lives, they won’t forget you.  And that is the main thing.”

“If you put yourself out there and you commit and you try, people will listen to you.  If you work hard and you craft your art and what you want to do, people will listen.”
