The theme of late for Now Hear This President Bruce Wawrzyniak seems to be ‘on the go.’  In addition to meetings and events in and around the greater Tampa Bay area, he has been and will continue to be on the road.

Twice during this past summer he was in Nashville, with future visits to Music City a given, though no exact dates are currently scheduled.  However, Wawrzyniak did say that, “Without question, Tin Pan South and Spring Training next April are certainly on the calendar.”  His trip to Nashville in June included giving a presentation on management/promotions at a young songwriters workshop.

More recently, the NHT president was in the Florida panhandle for the 4th Pensacola Beach Songwriters Festival.  Now Hear This was successful in getting a news story done on NHT client Melissa Brethauer’s middle school visit that led into the festival.  The ABC affiliate there aired the piece on both their 4:00 and 5:00 newscasts that afternoon.

Also, Now Hear This presented an “Emerging Songwriters Hour” on one of the festival’s main stages on the Friday night during the event (see photo below).  A video recapping that 60-minute set can be found on the Now Hear This official YouTube channel.

Next up, Wawrzyniak will travel to the Florida/Alabama border for the 28th Frank Brown International Songwriters Festival.

And, Now Hear This is in discussions on potential opportunities for/with different clients that could lead to the likes of California, Oklahoma, and Miami.
