NHTE 101 Best Of

Clips from some of the show’s first 100 episodes are replayed, highlighting fun stories, special moments, emotional memories, anecdotes… A good sampling of the NHTE interviews, this episode is also a great introduction to those who are just hearing the show for the first time. Episode 101 reflects the diversity of the guests too.

NHTE 100 Lindsay McCaul

National touring and recording artist, Christian singer/songwriter who plays guitar and has toured with some of the biggest names in Christian music. The interview was done just after she had made a big personal announcement, which she talks about during this episode, along with music plans for 2016 and a look back at a significant business lesson from 2015. Chosen specifically for this milestone episode for the show, Lindsay had previously been interviewed on Episode 11, which had on numerous other episodes been referred to as “my favorite episode” by NHTE host Bruce Wawrzyniak.

NHTE 99 Andy Kushner

Singer/songwriter turned entertainment business owner in the Washington, DC, area but with an international footprint. Previously working a day job in the corporate world and being pitched by one of the most successful and highly respected publishing companies in Nashville at the time, he now has an entertainment design company that has been featured in the likes of the Washington Post and whose top act is internationally known, having played the opening of a stadium in Mexico, at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, and very recently in Singapore.

NHTE 98 Luke Potter

UK-based singer/songwriter who plays guitar. He has gotten radio airplay on both coasts here in the United States, with video rotation at Hard Rock Cafes around the world. He has performed in the U.S., notably at the House of Blues in Orlando. He released a four-song EP two years ago and a full-length album late last year.

NHTE 97 Karyn Williams

In 2012 she was chosen as one of Billboard Magazine’s “Best Bets.” She recently wrapped up the filming of her first movie, which is set for release in 2016. One year ago this month she made her Grand Ole Opry debut at the historic Ryman Auditorium. She also added her vocals to the newly released Third Day album, singing a duet with Mac Powell.

NHTE 96 Karoline

A teenage singer/songwriter whose brand new EP is already her third release. The new music – and a video for one of the songs – came out of Nashville (she lives in South Carolina). She was a Nashville Universe nominee for Female Artist of the Year and had a single nominated for Song of the Year. She is a member of Tunes for Tots and has also been a part of the Teen Nation Tour. She also talks about going on stage with Amy Grant at age 3.
