Nashville, Tennessee-based Ash Street Music has signed on with Now Hear This for marketing efforts on behalf of the music publishing company. The initial phase of the work involved will focus on a complete re-branding campaign that NHT proposed.
“This is another very exciting development for Now Hear This,” said the company’s president, Bruce Wawrzyniak. “The synergy that has been developed with Ash Street in such a short amount of time has been great and I look forward to what lies ahead, not only with getting into the re-branding, but the bigger landscape that this will all be a part of with them.”
Wawrzyniak said that the coming together was a natural fit following talks with Ash Street’s June McHugh, who indicated a new business model that the company was looking to work towards.
The first step will be for Now Hear This to develop a new website for Ash Street.
Among others, Ash Street Music has had cuts with the likes of George Strait and Ronnie Milsap, and discovered Josh Thompson.
Ash Street Music originated in Denver, Colorado, in 1996 and moved to Nashville in 2002. Their core business has been music publishing and song placement, and the development of songwriters.
