Sisters Gabriela & Bianca LeDuc – singers, songwriters, and multi-instrumentalists – talk about recording, writing, and performing in Nashville, trying out for “America’s Got Talent,” working up to an eventual EP, their new single and its music video, a show later this year in conjunction with a Brad Paisley concert, their experience attending NAMM, their numerous live shows throughout Florida, and working with a live show producer that has worked with, among others, Taylor Swift and The Band Perry.

“When I got off stage I was just – I can’t even describe it – ‘I want to do this.’ And here I am still doing it.”
“We do come across other artists that can serve as competition, but we don’t really look at it as competition… We try to help them out, they try to help us out.”
“My iPhone, literally, my voice memos, I have, like, all these voice memos, and they sound terrible, but once I put ‘em together I write an amazing song.”
“We had this one gig and they said, ‘Okay, we’re making up posters and t-shirts, and we need your band name.’ And we were, like, ‘Oh, dang, we don’t have a band name.’ So then that really got us thinking, do we really want to be professional about this and, obviously, the answer was Yes, so we just kind of started from there.”
“We decided we wanted to be home-schooled and to practice music and to just get better at our craft.”
“We’re just as strict with our school work as we are with our music… It gives us the flexibility that we need to do our music and, ‘Hey, if we have to go to Nashville this weekend, then, we take our school work with us.'”
“We find it so much fun to do all these creative stuff and to do not-the-norm just sitting on barstools and putting a camera right there. We film it all by ourselves and we just find it so much fun to put on almost like a music video type of thing.”
