SoundCloud, the world’s leading social sound platform, has accepted the “Now Hear This Entertainment” show into its podcasting program, which is currently in beta.  This represents the third major source for listeners to consume the weekly show from.

“I am most grateful to SoundCloud for accepting ‘Now Hear This Entertainment’ into their podcasting program,” said Bruce Wawrzyniak, the president of Now Hear This, Inc., who is also the show’s host.  “When applying to it, there was certainly optimism, but getting the confirmation in a sense also represents a validation of what was already felt to be the case – this is a top level broadcast that deserves to be on the leading providers of such content.

Already on iTunes and Stitcher Radio, the podcast features interviews with guests who have achieved success in the music business, with the content presented in a way that not only entertains fans of that guest and fans of good music interviews in general, but in a manner that educates musicians, singers, songwriters – entertainers who want to learn from those who are being interviewed each week by the Now Hear This, Inc. president, who also gives a tip each week to that particular audience in a segment called “Bruce’s Bonus.”

The guests on Now Hear This Entertainment come from a wide array of genres and locales.  Some of the guests have included:
•    A (2013) participant on “The Voice”
•    A Blues Hall of Famer
•    A (2012) Top 12 finisher on “American Idol”
•    A singer/songwriter who had songs placed on two different shows on ABC and a third song placed on a show on The CW

NHTE is recorded every week at Crystal Blue Sound Studios near Tampa, Florida, and a new episode comes out every Wednesday.  Episode 19 went live online early this morning.

In addition to their website, SoundCloud can be accessed anywhere using the official iPhone and Android apps, as well as hundreds of creation and sharing apps built on the SoundCloud platform.
